Old medium, new technology
PostalGenie connects paper mail with new technology, so sending a real letter takes minutes and you can get back to what matters.
Here is what we mean, line by line.
“Paper mail”
The oldest way to put something in writing. A letter goes to a real address, can be held, filed and kept, and for many things it is still the way that counts.
“New technology”
You describe what you need the way you would tell a friend. Genie drafts the letter, we verify the address, and the printing and mailing happen without you.
“Get back to what matters”
A letter used to cost an afternoon. It should cost a few minutes, so your time goes to the things only you can do.
These are the five beliefs we build on.
I. Paper still matters.
Some things call for more than a message on a screen: a dispute, a cancellation, a notice, a form an office only takes by mail, a thank-you worth keeping.
How we make it real
- Every letter is printed on real paper and mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Certified Mail adds tracking and a delivery record.
II. Sending mail should take minutes.
The mail has rules of its own: formats, addresses, postage, a trip to the post office. None of that should stand between you and what you need to say.
How we make it real
- Say what you need in plain words. Genie, our AI assistant, asks for what's missing and drafts the letter.
- We look up and verify the address, then print and mail it.
- No printer, envelopes or post office line.
III. Your words stay yours.
Technology should do the tedious part and leave the decisions to you.
How we make it real
- Genie works from the details you give it and doesn't add facts of its own.
- You read, edit and approve the exact letter before anything is mailed.
- PostalGenie is a technology tool, not a law firm, and doesn't give legal advice.
IV. Mail should be trustworthy.
A letter carries weight because a real person stands behind it.
How we make it real
- Every letter carries its sender's real name and return address.
- Every letter is screened for threats, harassment and fraud before it can be mailed.
- Anyone who receives unwanted mail can report it, and senders who misuse the service are blocked.
V. Your information deserves care.
What you write is personal. We treat it that way.
How we make it real
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Our AI provider doesn't train on your chat or your draft.
- We never sell your data.
Old medium, new technology.
Say it once. We handle the paper. You get on with your day.
